In December last year, the University of Reading entered into an agreement with affiliates of Commonwealth Real Estate LP for a new long lease at the University’s Thames Valley Science Park campus. Following completion of this agreement, which is conditional on planning, Shinfield Studios will develop the site, at a cost of over £200m, into a state-of-the-art film studio campus.
