Dav El Transportation leased 2025 McKinnon Ave. in San Francisco, CA. Dav El, the largest privately held chauffeured transportation network in the United States, signed a 5-year term for the 18,000-square-foot warehouse/ distribution space. The property features 2,500 square feet of office area, 2 dock high doors, 1 drive-in loading door and large paved exterior areas for excellent truck access. HC&M Commercial Properties, Inc. in San Francisco represented both sides of the deal. Scott Mason represented the landlord, while Ben Durham represented the tenant. Durham also represented Walters & Wolf in its lease at 653 Harrison St. in San Francisco. The design company signed a 5-year deal for 8,500 square feet of flex space. Jay Cahan also with HC&M Commercial represented the landlord.
