Johnson & Johnson Hospital Service Building Sells

Fastenal, a distributor of industrial fasteners and related products, purchased 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd. SW, a Johnson & Johnson building, in Atlanta. This 198,564-square-foot industrial facility will be used as the company's distribution center in Atlanta. Fastenal is expected to move into its new facility in the next few months, following some modifications to the building. The list sale price for the building was $5.5 million, but no official final sale price was given. Todd Barton and Greg Haynes of CB Richard Ellis along with Floyd Baldwin of The Norton Agency represented Johnson & Johnson Hospital Services. John Porter and Bayne Porter of CB Richard Ellis represented Fastenal.
