Software Sent Directly to Imperial Sq.

Epsilon Leases 38,875 SF

Epsilon Data Management signed a lease for 38,875 square feet of space at 2425 Gateway Drive, Imperial Square, in Irving, Texas. In July the direct mail software company will move from 161 Corporate Center in Las Colinas, Texas. According to Andrew Folmer, VP of Marketing at Harry B. Lucas Companies, "Epsilon will continue to occupy space at 2410 Gateway Drive, which is directly across the street from their new space at Imperial Square." John Boyle and Anthony Fritsche of Trammell Crow represented Epsilon in the deal. Folmer and Jay R. Lucas, also of Harry B. Lucas Companies, represented landlord Graywood Development.
