40,000 SF Facility Acquired By BAS Properties

BAS Properties, LLC purchased a two-building, 40,000-square-foot industrial facility on 3.4857 acres of land at 6754 and 6758 Northwinds Drive, Houston, Texas. This property consists of two first-class manufacturing/distribution buildings situated just off FM 529 (Spencer Road) in northwest Houston. 6754 Northwinds is a 22,000-square-foot grade-level metal building with two 5-ton cranes and two 7½-ton cranes with 21'-6" hook heights. The building features 50' wide bays and four overhead doors, which allow drive-through capability. 6758 Northwinds is an 18,000-square-foot grade-level metal building with one 5-ton crane and one 7½-ton crane with 20' hook heights. This building has 60' wide bays and four overhead doors, which allow drive-through capability as well. William D. Swanson and Drew Lewis of NAI Partners Commercial Realty, LP represented BAS Properties, LLC. Bill Rudolf and Gray Gilbert of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented the seller, NCI Building Systems, LP, in the transaction.
