Evive Corp., a provider of biometric access solutions that protect offices and buildings against unauthorized access and intrusion, appointed Paul Schweitzer to its board of advisors. Schweitzer is executive vice president of Julien J. Studley, Inc., a national commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. "Commercial real estate is a fast-growing market for biometric access control," said Jonathan Eisner, CEO of Evive. Since joining Studley in 1982, Schweitzer has been involved in a variety of commercial lease, build-to-suit, equity and sales transactions totaling in excess of six million square feet of office space in the Washington metropolitan area. As co-branch manager of Studley's suburban Washington office, he plays a critical role in the strategic direction of the office, directing the efforts of 28 real estate advisors.
