The manufacturer and supplier of inkjet products, Anzen Corp., acquired 5055 Lima St. in Denver for $1.61 million, about $40 per square foot. The deal was signed in March, and Anzen took occupancy of the facility soon thereafter. Built in 1978, the property is a 39,832-square-foot warehouse / manufacturing building that features levelators, eight loading docks and five drive-in bays. Further amenities include rail access and loading, up to 20-foot ceiling heights and deep truck courts. About 4,000 square feet of the property is office space, housed in a perimeter office area. In addition to manufacturing inkjet supplies, Anzen also houses the Inkmail mail-in inkjet refill service. The property had formerly been used in the manufacture of windows and patio doors. Alex Ringsby of Ringsby Realty represented Anzen. Alec Rhodes of Fuller and Co. represented the seller, Jeld-Wen Inc.
