The manufacturer and supplier of inkjet products, Anzen Corp., acquired 5055 Lima St. in Denver for $1.61 million, about $40 per square foot. The deal was signed in March, and Anzen took occupancy of the facility soon thereafter. Built in 1978, the property is a 39,832-square-foot warehouse / manufacturing building that features levelators, eight loading docks and five drive-in bays. Further amenities include rail access and loading, up to 20-foot ceiling heights and deep truck courts. About 4,000 square feet of the property is office space, housed in a perimeter office area. In addition to manufacturing inkjet supplies, Anzen also houses the Inkmail mail-in inkjet refill service. The property had formerly been used in the manufacture of windows and patio doors.
