In a multi-million dollar sale transaction, Lowe's Home Improvement Stores purchased a 20-acre vacant land parcel located on Route 70 between Cedarbridge Ave. and Shorrock St. in Bricktown, NJ. Lowe's plans to construct a 160,000-square-foot home improvement store that will feature home improvement products including tools, lumber, appliances, flooring and other home decor items. Senior vice president Harold Wien of NAI/Eric Bram & Co. represented both Lowe's and the sellers, Grandin Partnership & Cher-Deb Associates. Lowe's is one of America's largest retailers with more than 536 stores in 37 states.
