A Diversified Buy in Oakland

Zim Diversified. Acquires Industrial Building for $2.8 Mil.

Zim Diversified Inc. purchased 6401 San Leandro St. in Oakland from Seecon XIV Partners. The 49,264-square-foot industrial building was on the market for nine months and sold for a confirmed $2.715 million - $55 per square foot. Built on 1.8 acres, the property features 1,700 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of yard area, 18- to 22-foot clear height, 600 amps, dock-high doors and grade-level loading. Zim Diversified plans on developing the property into mini storage units. Michael Barry with Colliers International and John McManus with Cushman & Wakefield of California represented the seller. Barry represented the buyer as well.
