San Diego-based, A&A Holdings, LLC purchased the 11,205-square-foot Border Village in South San Diego. Geller Family Trust sold the two retail buildings for $2.2 million, approximately $196 per-square-foot, with a cap rate of 9.1%. Border Village consists of a 5,685-square-foot Kragen Auto building, constructed in 1991, and a 5,520-square-foot Baja Duty Free building, renovated in 1994.
