Bari Italian Foods, a food distributor and supplier, leased 157,250 square feet of Webvan's former space at 2935 Shawnee Industrial Way in Suwanee, GA. The 29-year-old company is relocating from 3095 Kingston Court in Norcross, and anticipates moving into its new facility August 1 for a 12-year term. "Bari was excited to get into a modern facility. It was a good opportunity for the landlord and tenant who were both able to take advantage of Webvan's equipment", stated Rick Spiller of Wilson, Hull & Neal who represented Bari. Partners Todd Barton and Greg Haynes of CB Richard Ellis handled representation for the landlord, AMB Property Corp. Bari Italian Foods also has locations in Orlando and Daytona, Florida.
