The United States Postal Service (USPS) has packed it up and shipped out of 2 Brick Plant Road in South River, NJ. Aeropostale, a clothing company especially popular with young adults, will now occupy the entire 315,000-square-foot warehouse facility through April 2015. Aeropostale subleased the new location for expansion purposes. The company, which is expected to go public in the very near future, has grown rapidly and now opened over 275 retail stores nationwide. Eric Johnston of NAI Eric Bram & Co. represented both the sublessor and the sublessee in the deal. The property sits on 22.75 acres and features 25 loading docks, 1 drive-in bay, and heavy power capabilities. Frank A. Greek & Son Inc. owns the property.
