Coconut Grove Properties LLC purchased the Coconut Grove retail strip center at 2820 East University Drive in Mesa, AZ. The 34,405-square-foot center sold for $2.6 million, more than $75.50 per square foot, at an approximate 9.8 percent cap rate. The complex was reported to be fully occupied at the time of sale. The tenant roster includes Mountain View Dental, Paradox Salon, and Campbell's Dance. Doug Fielding of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller, Manatee Investments LLC.
