Rococo Harmony Set for First Store

Rococo Harmony Leases 10,000 SF

Rococo Harmony leased 10,000 square feet of retail space at 414 9th St. in San Francisco. The furniture retailer will use the space as its first flagship store, which is scheduled for a July 2002 grand opening. Rococo Harmony signed a 3-year deal at an effective rate of $12 per square foot, annually industrial gross. Jack Lovell with Starboard Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Tom Martindale and Dave Lambert with TRI Commercial/ONCOR International represented the landlord, Claudio Mariani Antiques.
