PhysioTherapy Associates leased 11,028 square feet and the Orthopedic Clinic Association leased 19,185 square feet of medical space at 2222 East Highland Ave. in Phoenix. Both companies are scheduled to move into the 3rd floor of the 160,000-square-foot building in September for a 10-year term. The transactions were unrelated. Julie Johnson, previously of CB Richard Ellis, but now at Devman Company, represented the landlord, Marriner P. Cardon. Tray Altemus of Devman Company represented both tenants.
