Retail Store Services Inc. sold the 24,870-square-foot industrial building at 1005 Windward Ridge Parkway to Hardman Travel Corp. for $1.683 million, or approximately $68 per square foot. This single-tenant industrial building sits on 3.11 acres, was built in 1994, and has a parking ratio of four spaces per 1000 square feet. The building is currently 100 percent leased. John DeCouto and Gene Kansas of Advantis GVA represented the seller. DeCouto is also subleasing the building for the current tenant.
