Ampac Associates Purchases Riverside Apartment Complex

The 32-unit apartment complex at 7440-7458 Magnolia Ave. in Riverside, CA, closed escrow for a little more than $1.3 million, or approximately $41,400 per unit. The 2-story complex, known as the Twin Palms Apartments, was built in 1957 and consists of all 1-bedroom/1-bath units and features two pools, a laundry facility, carports and wall air conditioning. According to Bruce Rajaee of Marcus & Millichap, only one unit was vacant at the time of sale. Rajaee represented the seller, Jose Gonzalez, and the buyer, Ampac Associates.
