Dixieline Lumber Co. renewed its lease at 4888 Convoy St. in San Diego. Dixieline signed for an additional 10 years, with three 5-year options. The lease is valued at $4.92 million, approximately 90 cents per square foot. The home improvement retailer has occupied the 45,700-square-foot building since 1987. The 10-year renewal commences Jan. 1, 2003. Joe Skrysak, of McGrath Development, handled negotiations for the lessor McGrath Investors III LLC.
