USAA Real Estate Co. will develop a new 860,000-square-foot dry storage facility for Kraft Foods North America Inc. in the Prime Aurora Industrial Park in Aurora, IL. The new facility will be near existing Kraft dry and refrigerated storage facilities, which was developed by USAA Real Estate in 1996. This location is 40 miles southwest of O’Hare Airport and 45 miles from the downtown central business district with excellent access to the Orchard Road/Interstate 88 four-way interchange. The area provides distribution points across the Midwest to cities including Indianapolis and St. Louis.
