East Penn Manufacturing leased 10,369 square feet of warehouse space in the Coronado Commerceplex IV at 1202 N. 54th Ave. in Phoenix. The company plans to occupy its portion of the 49,222-square-foot industrial building next month for a 5-year term. East Penn plans to use the space as an automobile battery distribution facility.
