Vodavi Technology Inc., a business telecommunications solutions firm, relocated its headquarters into 54,014 square feet at 4717 E. Hilton Ave. in Phoenix. The company signed a deal to sublease the suite in the 150,420-square-foot industrial building thru 2012. The company moved from 8300 E. Raintree Drive in Scottsdale, where it had been located for almost 20 years. The new facility provides the warehouse space necessary to accommodate the company's future growth. "The relocation resolved several business issues for [Vodavi]. By relocating, they were able to take on more functional space, reduce overhead, and get closer to the labor base," stated George Long of Colliers International. Long, Thomas Knaub, and Ben Craney of Colliers International represented Vodavi. David Johnson and Robert Kling of Lee & Associates represented the sublessor, Speedfam-IPEC Inc.
