The location on Central Park Boulevard, within the Fountains of Mason Park, represents an expansion for the Middletown-based supplier of equipment and process knowledge for the paper-production and paper-recycling industries. Kadant Black Clawson recently changed its name from Thermo Black Clawson Inc. to advertise its association with its parent company, Kadant Inc. of Acton, MA. Cincinnati-based Neyer Properties Inc. owns and developed the 60,000-square-foot building.
