Large Manufacturer Moves to Mason

Kadant Black Clawson leased 23,000 square feet of high-tech office / warehouse space in the Fountains TechneCenter building in Mason, OH. The location on Central Park Boulevard, within the Fountains of Mason Park, represents an expansion for the Middletown-based supplier of equipment and process knowledge for the paper-production and paper-recycling industries. Kadant Black Clawson recently changed its name from Thermo Black Clawson Inc. to advertise its association with its parent company, Kadant Inc. of Acton, MA. Cincinnati-based Neyer Properties Inc. owns and developed the 60,000-square-foot building. Nancy Ryan and Greg Gillot of Cincinnati Commercial Realtors Inc. represented the landlord, Neyer Properties Inc. Mike Hartmann and Bob Ryan of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented Kadant Black Clawson.
