GS Sales, Quality Furniture Inc. leased a portion of the 89,550-square-foot industrial building at 10385 San Sevaine Way in Mira Loma. The home furniture distributor signed a 5-year deal for the 53,550-square-foot space, valued at approximately $1 million. GS Sales will relocate from 1346 Railroad St. in Corona in the third quarter of this year. The property sits on 5 acres and features a fenced lot, four dock highs, two ground level doors, and strip fluorescent lighting. Ron Blakeslee of Daum Commercial R.E.
