The Southern California Housing Development purchased the 60-unit apartment complex at 8885 Orville St. in Spring Valley, CA. The 41,438-square-foot project was built in 1971 and sits on 2.1 acres. It consists of studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. The development was purchased for $4.12 million, nearly $69,000 per unit. The CB Richard Ellis team of Richard Schneider, Kevin Mulhern, and John Woolson represented the buyer and the seller, Spring Valley Apartment Associates LP.
