Two tenants have recently signed significant leases at the 83,000-square-foot flex building located at 5759 Fleet St. in the Pacific View Corporate Center in Carlsbad, CA. Synteract Inc., a software company, signed for a term of seven years. The Synteract lease of 31,858 square feet of office space has a value of about $4.3 million. Nobel Ltd., a telecommunications company, signed a 62-month lease for 11,918 square feet of office space. The value of the transaction is approximately $1.3 million. Rick Reeder, Chris Hobson, and Bob Kuzman of BRE Commercial/NAI represented Nobel Ltd. Ralph Rischman of RC Properties represented Synteract. Reeder, along with Dennis Visser and Joe Anderson of BRE Commercial/NAI, represented the landlord, RREEF, in both transactions.
