Corrugated Paper Company Purchases 100,000-SF Facility

Callen Corp. purchased 185 6th Ave. in Paterson, NJ, from Riverside Acquisitions. The purchase price was not disclosed. The corrugated paper company is relocating from Jersey City and will occupy the entire 3-building property, totaling 100,000 square feet. The buildings, which sit on 2 acres, feature a total of seven loading docks, one drive-in and heavy power capabilities. William Waxman and Nicholas Nitti of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. Jeff Kaplowitz of Century 21 Plaza Realty represented the buyer.
