HSA Commercial Real launched two new business divisions, HSA Corporate Real Estate Services and PrimeCare, a unit specializing in health care real estate services. A long-established team of 10 seasoned real estate professionals from Prime Realty Services led by John Wilson joined HSA Commercial to form the new divisions. According to Robert Smietana, president and COO, the expansion marks a major step forward in the history of HSA Commercial Real Estate. Wilson, former president of Prime Realty Services, and a well known leader in corporate real estate services, said that they felt that the culture and infrastructure at HSA Commercial would provide a solid platform to provide the best service to clients. Wilson will serve as president of HSA Corporate Real Estate Services. The new HSA Corporate Real Estate Services division will comprise eight executives, along with 15-year HSA Commercial veteran and senior vice president Wayne Shulman. Combined, this group has completed transactions in more than 150 cities in the U.S. From that team are Timothy Stanton, Robert Titzer and David Wilson, who have each been named executive vice presidents and will be managing the growth of the corporate services efforts. Jack Newsom was appointed senior vice president finance/development in HSA’s Corporate Real Estate Services division. Charles Logan was appointed vice president. In addition, Brad Black was named senior associate and Susan Anderson senior analyst in HSA’s Corporate Real Estate Services division. HSA Commercial is also adding a health care real estate advisory services division to be called PrimeCare. Charles Rusick and Tena Vogt will lead the PrimeCare division, having led the same-named PrimeCare unit of Prime Realty Services. Rusick was appointed managing director and Vogt was named director of operations.
