New Owner Gets 3D/International

Galleria's 3D/International Tower Sold

The 3D/International Tower in the Galleria in Uptown Houston sold to an undisclosed owner for approximately $42 million or about $105 per square foot. The Class A office building at 1900 West loop South contains more than 400,000 square feet is 21 stories high. Built in 1979, the building is more than 75 percent leased. The property is in the heart of Houston’s thriving City Post Oak area with easy access to Westhiemer, the West loop (610), Katy Freeway (I-10) and the Southwest Freeway (US 59). Some of the building's amenities and features include covered parking, 24-hour card key access to building, on-site management, security, banking, a restaurant, a travel agency in the building and a full convenience center for domestic/international shipping. Richard Rudd of Granite Partner represented the seller. Transwestern Commercial Services represented the buyer.
