Excelics Semiconductor Inc. leased the entire 34,697-square-foot building at 310 De Guigne Drive in Sunnyvale, CA. Excelics, which provides high performance RF and microwave semiconductor discrete devices and integrated circuits, signed a 7-year deal for the flex space. Since being founded in 1995, the company has increased its headquarters at 2908 Scott Blvd. in Santa Clara, CA, from 2,500 to 4,500 square feet in 1997 and to 7,000 square feet in 1999. Excelics plans to begin its relocation into the larger facility in Sunnyvale this month. Aaron Gallardo and Tom Hendryx of CRESA Partners in San Jose represented the tenant. Maureen Bowers and Mark Regoli represented the landlord, South Bay Development Co., in-house.
