Retail Center Sold

2045-49 Divisadero St., a retail/residential property in San Francisco, sold for $1.16 million, $155 per square foot. The property, which consists of a 3,000-square-foot, storefront retail unit on the ground floor and three apartments totaling 4,500 square feet on the 2nd floor, cleared escrow in 90 days after being on the market for only 83 days.
