Alter+Care plans to break ground this fall on the fourth outpatient medical office for Dreyer Medical Clinics. The 25,000-square-foot, single-story professional building will be in the Stonehill Business Park at Plainfield and Wooley Roads on Oswego, IL's southeast side. Chicago-based Michuda Construction Inc. will construct the steel frame building with a delivery scheduled in 2003. One of Dreyer's strategic objectives was to make primary care convenient and accessible for patients by providing offices closer to the community, according to John W. Potter, CEO of Dreyer Medical Clinic. "Although Dreyer has had an Oswego facility, projected population growth has created strong demand for Dreyer to expand its outpatient medical services in the community," Potter stated. Alter+Care's previous Dreyer projects include three office facilities, ranging from 3,300 square feet to 3,500 square feet, in Batavia, Hinckley and Plainfield, IL.
