Central DuPage Hospital purchased 371 Schmale Road in Carol Stream, IL, for approximately $3.8 million or about $96 per square foot. The 2-story, 39,500 square-foot office building is a well maintained facility with close proximity to major expressways in the area. Recently renovated, it also features new electrical and mechanical systems, ample parking, tenant HVAC and a key-card security access system.
