Neumann Smith & Associates, a Southfield-based architecture firm, designed the facility. The company anticipates moving 180-200 employees to the new location early next month. Chris Secontine and Paul Hoge of Signature Associates represented MSC. KIRCO Management Services represented itself. "The selected site will permit closer working relationships among our employees in a location that is central to our key customers and our 26 southeastern Michigan offices. KIRCO offers a high quality facility at a reasonable cost, and the building will accommodate our needs as a growing company," said Thomas Stallkamp, MSX International vice chairman and CEO.
