Gooding's Finds Buyer

Harvest Valley Purchases Warehouse

Gooding's Supermarkets sold its warehouse-distribution center in Apopka, FL. Harvest Valley Inc., a wholesale food distributor based in Miami, purchased the vacant 62,452-square-foot facility for $2.25 million or about $36 per square foot. The building contains 24,019 square feet of dry storage, 13,062 square feet of freezer and 5,311 square feet of cooler capacity, and will be used to supply and distribute items to Chinese restaurants in central and northeast Florida. Bill Park and Sher Tolan of Carter & Associates ONCOR International represented Gooding's. Jay Rohr of Metro One Inc. represented the buyer.
