La Costa Limousine purchased the 11,050-square-foot building located at 2770 Loker Ave. West in Carlsbad, CA. The industrial building sold for $95 per square foot, for a total consideration of $1.05 million. La Costa recently sold its 5,029-square-foot facility at 1932 Kellogg, also in Carlsbad, and moved into the much larger location on Loker.
