The New York Society for the Deaf will be relocating to 161 William St., where it has signed a lease for the entire 11th floor of the 22-story building. The 11th floor measures approximately 10,351 square feet. The building, designed by Sylvan Bien, has been completely modernized and is located near public transportation. Bruce Rothman, corporate managing director with the New York office of Julien J. Studley represented the tenant. Peter Resnick represented the building owner, Jack Resnick and Sons, in-house. "The ability to locate its offices on a single floor attracted the New York Society for the Deaf," said Rothman.
