An engineering firm, DMJM+Harris.Arup, subleased 70,580 square feet office at 20 Exchange Place. The company will take over the entire 13th through 15th floor from Agency.com, an advertising firm, and has agreed to occupy the space until November 2014. The company is relocating a major force of engineers, consultants and construction managers to its new downtown office. The downtown team will oversee a number of downtown rebuilding projects, including the Hudson River Park, Whitehall Ferry Terminal and the Second Avenue subway.
