Kerissa B. Markiewicz has joined NAI Hiffman’s Office Brokerage Group as Associate Director of Leasing. Markiewicz will work with Ted M. Holman, vice president, on the leasing and marketing of 30 West Monroe St. in Chicago. She will team with Holman to lease the remaining 75,000 square feet of space available at the 19-story, 232,450-square-foot office building, owned by St. Paul, MN-based St. Paul Properties Inc. Markiewicz, 26, has been in the real estate business since 1998. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, she was an associate with the Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois Inc., where she specialized in leasing commercial buildings and tenant representation. The Elgin, IL native began her career at Grubb & Ellis and currently resides in Chicago. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and communications from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, and holds an Illinois real estate license.
