A former Pathmark grocery store at 700 York Road in Warminster, Pennsylvania, is expected to be redeveloped as the first Telsa dealership and service center in Bucks County following its sale to Denver-based retail development firm Drake Real Estate, which has developed several properties for Tesla, including a Tesla service center in Liberty Lake, Washington.
