Lockheed Martin, a world leader in aeronautics, space system development, systems integration and technology services, signed a long-term lease for the entire second floor of the 901 Building, located at 901 Route 73, Mt. Laurel, NJ. The 13,188-square-foot space will serve as the headquarters for its Systems Management Unit of the Technology Services division. The division will be relocating from Seabrook, MD. During the past few months, building owner Liberty Property Trust has made significant improvements to the property, including upgrades to the lobby, bathrooms, elevators and common areas. The building also includes one of the few underground parking facilities in the region. Jon Sarkisian of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant, while Jeanie Armstrong handled the transaction in-house for Liberty. The property is now 100% leased.
