Landmark West, based in Long Beach, purchased the 2-story, 36,877-square-foot office plaza located at 12235 Beach Blvd. in Stanton, CA. Atrium Properties LLC, based in San Diego, sold the Beach Executive Plaza for $1.95 million, approximately $53 per square foot. The plaza, constructed in 1981, is currently 81% leased. Mark Brunner of Cushman & Wakefield and Greg Gil of Newmark of California, both in Long Beach, represented the seller.
