Catalina Marketing Corp., a leading market research provider of a wide range of strategic targeted marketing solutions for consumer goods companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and their respective retailers, is relocating its regional office. Catalina will make the move from Greenwich, CT to 14,000 square feet on the 2nd floor of 287 Bowman Ave. in Purchase, NY. The tenant is one of the largest market research companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Catalina Management chose the building because of its superior architecture, location, Manhattan-style cafe, amenity center and management. Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Catalina in the deal, while Frank Boccanfuso of FMB Real Estate Services LLC, represented the owner, Phoenix Capital Partners.
