4891 Ltd. purchased the Clear Channel Communications Building located at 4891 Pacific Highway in San Diego. The 2-story, 24,000-square-foot office building is situated on 1.03 acres of land. The property sold for $1.85 million, or $75 per square foot. The seller, Chesapeake Securities Inc., was represented by Richard Murdock of IPC Commercial Real Estate/TCN. Patrick Quinn, also of IPC Commercial, negotiated on behalf of the buyer in the transaction.
