Western Trophy leased 14,138 square feet of warehouse space at 745 West Fairmont Drive in Tempe, AZ. The tenant is scheduled to occupy half of the 28,276-square-foot building in March for a 5-year term. Western Trophy plans to use the space as a warehouse and distribution center for trophy products. Tom Louer of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, 10th Place Properties LLC. Jerry Marrell of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
