Georgia-Pacific Takes More Space to Fill the Order

Georgia-Pacific Corp., #84 on the Fortune 500 list of the biggest U.S. companies, expanded its presence at 861 Nestle Way in The Crossings North building. The company subleased an additional 194,905 square feet from #31 Procter & Gamble Corp. The 821,660-square-foot industrial building is located just west of Allentown in the rapidly growing Lehigh Valley Industrial submarket. The facility features 33' ceiling heights and 75 loading docks. Georgia-Pacific uses the facility for in-house distribution. Founded in 1927 and based in Atlanta, Georgia-Pacific is a leading manufacturer of products such as tissue, paper, packaging, building products and other types of chemicals. Its name products include Dixie, Brawny, and Vanity Fair. Michael Zerbe of Colliers L&A in suburban Philadelphia, in conjunction with Colliers International in Cincinnati, represented the sublandlord, Cincinnati-based P&G. Opus East LLC is the property's owner and developer.
