With a view toward preparing for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, the Hospitality Industry Training And Education Fund has purchased a flex industrial property in the city's Westside submarket. The L.A.-based nonprofit organization bought the property from a private seller for $13 million, or just about $447 per square foot.
