APX Central Inc., the third largest package shipping company in the nation, has signed a 5-year lease for 84,000 square feet of warehouse space in the Access 70 building in Englewood, OH. The complex, located at 45 Lau Road, will provide APX Central with easy access to Interstates 70 and 75, an advantage in the package distribution industry. The relocation occurred as a result of APX's consolidation of its distribution centers in Cincinnati and Columbus. The new facility will service the Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo, Indianapolis, and Lexington markets for the company, which is headquartered in Irvine, CA. The City of Englewood proudly welcomes APX Central Inc. and the 80 jobs that the new location will create when it opens in March. Access 70 still offers 33,600 square feet of new warehouse space in the recently constructed building and the Miller-Valentine Group has further plans to expand the Otterbein Industrial Park by up to four buildings. Steve Peters of Miller-Valentine represented his own company. William Keefer of Grubb & Ellis|West Shell represented APX Central in the deal.
