Reilly Mortgage Group has signed a lease to move into 47,233 square feet of sublet space at 2010 Corporate Ridge Road in McLean, VA. This deal is welcome news in the Tysons Corner submarket, which, due to the tech sector collapse, has seen steadily rising direct and sublet vacancy levels since 1st quarter 2001. Reilly Mortgage Group will occupy the space, composed of the entire 10th floor and part of the 8th, through September 2007. Thomas Birnbach, Richard Rhodes, and Jessica Shay of CRESA Partners represented the original tenant, Nortel Networks Corp. Joe O'Brian of Insignia/ESG Inc. represented Reilly Mortgage. 2010 Corporate Ridge, owned by Teachers REA IV, is part of a portfolio managed by Clarion Realty Services. This Class-A building in Tysons Executive Plaza offers its tenants excellent Beltway visibility and on-site convenience store, food service, exercise and dry cleaning facilities.
