Wellington Court LLC purchased the Wellington Court office building located in Phoenix's midtown submarket. The 25,736-square-foot, 2-story office building sold for $1.875 million, more than $72.85 per square foot. Wellington Court was 97.7% occupied at the time of sale, and sold with a 11.2% cap rate. The property has a three-tier fountain in the interior courtyard and new landscaping. Eric Wichterman and Stanton Shafer of Grubb & Ellis represented both the prior owner, Presson Corp., and the new owner, Wellington Court LLC, in the sale.
