The value of the 6-year lease is in excess of $2,193,250. Cal-West renewed its lease for 25,000 square feet at 17923 South Santa Fe and signed a new lease for 30,000 square feet at 17825 South Santa Fe. The adjacent buildings are situated on more than 4 acres and will be used for warehousing and distribution of general merchandise.
