Cal-West Express Renews & Expands

Carson Cos. Leases Total of 55,000 SF to Cal-West

Cal-West Express Co. Ltd. has renewed and expanded for a total of 55,000 square feet in two industrial buildings located at 17825 and 17923 South Santa Fe Ave. in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The value of the 6-year lease is in excess of $2,193,250. Cal-West renewed its lease for 25,000 square feet at 17923 South Santa Fe and signed a new lease for 30,000 square feet at 17825 South Santa Fe. The adjacent buildings are situated on more than 4 acres and will be used for warehousing and distribution of general merchandise. "The high quality warehouse and distribution buildings are centrally located in a major industrial area and within easy access to the 91, 110, and 710 freeways" noted Joe Ceske of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate. Ceske represented Cal-West Express. Landlord The Carson Cos. was represented in-house by Patrick Hanrahan.
